Weekend and Nightly 24 hour answering for Emergency Situation is provided where a worker must travel ASAP and to provide busing information. Please note this service will not provide other general information. Employers are required to call the CanAg office during buisness hours.

Jamaica, Barbados, St. Lucia, and Antigua via Air Canada Baggage Allowance

BICYLES:

A fixed handling charge of $50.00 CAD one way applies.  

CARRY ON BAGGAGE:

Not to exceed 9” (23cm) by 15.5” (40cm) by 21.5” (55cm) and 22lbs. (10kgs) in weight.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

One (1) bag with the sum of the total dimensions not to exceed 62” (158cm) each and not weighing more that 50lbs. (23kgs). If allowable bag is oversized a charge of $100.00 CAD will be applied. If allowable bag is overweight a charge of $100.00 CAD will be applied. If bag is both overweight and over sized, the fee is charged only once. A second bag is permitted for a fee of $35.00 CAD per direction (within acceptable baggage limits)

EXCESS BAGGAGE RATE:

For each excess bag a charge of $225.00 CAD/USD will be applied. Please note NO EXCESS baggage or oversize items will be accepted between September 30 thand December 31st .

ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED:

Any bag weighing over 70lbs. (32kgs) will not be accepted. Passengers can re-pack or send as cargo. Bags that exceed aircraft size limitation must go as cargo (check with airline).

 

Note: Common Items that CANNOT be checked-in or carried on an aircraft include: cooking oil, bleach, propane cylinders, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, paint, paint thinner, drain cleaners, inflated balls, poisons.

Caribbean Airlines - Trinidad & Tobago and Kingston, Jamaica Baggage Allowance

Not to exceed 15lbs. (7kgs) in weight, with a maximum dimension of 45” (h + l + w).  Must be able to fit under the seat or in overhead compartment.

NO BOXES PERMITTED DURING EMBRAGO DATES – DEC 12 to Jan 3

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

One (1) bags with the sum of the total dimensions not to exceed 62” (158Cm) each and not weighing more that 50lbs. (23kgs). If allowable  bag is between 51-70lbs. a charge of $75 USD will be applied. A second bag is permitted for a fee of $25.00 USD / $30.00 CAD per direction (within acceptable baggage limits).  NO BAGGAGE OVER 70lbs. OR EXCEEDING 62” WILL BE ACCEPTED.  

EXCESS BAGGAGE RATE:

For each excess bag that is within the acceptable size and weight a charge of $150.00 USD will be applied.  For each excess bag that is 51-70lbs. a charge of $225.00 USD will be applied.  Excess baggage is taken on a stand-by basis.  NO EXCESS baggage or oversize items will be accepted between December10th and January 3rd.

Will be tagged as stand-by and will be accepted only on a space available basis and are subject to excess baggage charges.

EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGES:

For bags between 51-70 lbs a charge of $40.00 USD will apply.

For bags exceeding total dimensions of 62” (153cm) a charge of $60.00 USD will apply.

For each additional bag 50 lbs and under a charge of $60.00 USD will apply.

Charters

 

Carry on:    one hand piece is permitted. Will not be accepted if its dimensions are greater than 9 "(23 cm) by 15.5" (40 cms) by 21.5 "(55 cm). The weight must not exceed the 22 lbs (10 kgs).

Check in Baggage: the airline will accept as baggage only a PER PERSON total weight of 77 lbs (35kgs) combined in two suitcases per passenger.

Boxes:   Will not accept boxes larger  than 62 '' linear (158 cms) and/or weighing more than 50 lbs (23 kg) and is considered as one piece of check in baggage.

Note:   No excess baggage will be accepted on these flights.

Baggage Allowance:  One (1)  bag with the sum of the total demension not to exceed 62" (158cm) each and not weighing more than 50lbs (23kgs).  A second bag is permitted for a fee of $40.00 CAD from Toronto to Mexico City (within acceptable baggage limits).  If allowable bag is oeveriszed a charge of $120.00 USD will be applied.  If allowable bag is overweight a cahrge of $120.00 USD will be applied.

Air Canada

Equipaje de mano: Se permite una sola pieza de mano. No sera aceptada si sus dimensiones son mayores a 9” (23 cms) por 15.5” (40 cms) por 21.5” (55 cms). El peso no debera exceeder las 22 lbs (10 kgs).

Equipaje documentado: La primera pieza de equipaje sera libre de cargo, la suma total de sus 3 dimensiones no debesobre pasar las 62” lineales (158 cms) y el peso no debera exceeder las 50 lbs (23 kgs).

Encaso de tener una segunda pieza para documentar, la linea aerea aplicara un cargo adicional de $35.00 (CAD) y con las dimensiones antes mencionadas, Asimismo sicu alquiera de estas piezas excediera el peso permitido de 50 lbs (23 kgs) hasta un maximo de 70 lbs (32 kgs), la lineaaerea aplicara un cargo adicional de $100.00 (CAD).
