2013 Applications

The 2013 Application packages has been mailed to employers.

Please complete the application in full and the Appointment of Representative is required.  A separate application for each country and type of request must be used.  Please pay particular attention to mark on the summary the arrival and end dates for each worker requested by name.

The SUMMARY OF NAMES MUST be submitted with the application

Seasonal Housing must have been approved in 2012 to allow an order for 2013 to be processed.

Where no prior year housing approval is on file it it mandatory to have an inspection conducted before your 2013 order is released to the country for processing.

Where an order exceeds the current number of workers an employer has previously received - a further housing inspection must be conducted for that portion of the increase in worker numbers.
