Foreign Agricultural Resource Management Services is non-profit, federally incorporated in 1987 to facilitate and coordinate the processing of requests for foreign seasonal agricultural workers. Authorized by Human Resources Skills Development Canada, F.A.R.M.S. performs an administrative role to the Caribbean and Mexican Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program.
F.A.R.M.S. is a private sector run organization, governed by a Board of Directors, appointed from those commodity groups participating in the program.

F.A.R.M.S. - Requests LMO applications for Offshore Workers under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program are to be sent to our office by mail or fax on or before the scheduled timeframes in the chart below.
You will note we are requesting applications be placed earlier than previous years. This is due to Immigration aboad implementing an extra step in the processing procedures abroad, particularly in Jamaica and Mexico.
It is important that your application is completed entirely, signed and witnessed where necessary.
